Cadet Sean Sliva
Color Guard Commander
Sean is Junior and is in his third year of the Program. He holds the rank of Cadet Captain, and he is the Color Guard Commander. He has accumulated over 236 hours of community service in less than three years (50 events), participated in over 200 LDR. LDR activities are AFJROTC-sponsored and school-approved teams and/or committees that normally plan or participate in events conducted outside classroom hours (before school/after school). These events are planned, organized and executed by the cadet corps while being supervised by a certified AFJROTC Instructor. In those 200 LDR over 150 hours total in LDRs (training Color Guard members, planning meetings, etc.), 84 of the 150 LDR hours also included as community service hours (mostly Color Guard details) he maintains a 2.8 CGPA (only requires 20 credits to graduate next year, 240 total credits to graduate). He is one of the most dependable cadets and incredible role model he seems to find the time to help at most events. He will be next year's Cadet Corps Commander. He is unsure of what he wants to do after High School, but with his accomplishments and dedication to the Cadet Corps and his community the sky is the limit.
